Applied in early November, paid $500 in deposits, and was never updated on our app status. Took a week to reach someone, who finally told us we were denied. They then said our deposit was going to be mailed to us via check. Here we are 45 days later, no refund. The leasing office is unreliable, unreachable, and uneducated. They have told me the past month that our refund checks had already been mailed. Where did they mail them from, Greenland? This has become fraud and outright theft. No communication, no refund, no honesty. Disgraceful and deceitful in every regard.
