My family has been clients for over 40 years starting with our agent Chris Guyers father. I have always been very satisfied with any business we every needed. Chris helps us find the policies with the best fit for us, and with the most affordable cost for us. Recently he helped us navigate the process of choosing medicare supplements and drug care, which was so confusing. He helped make sense of it all. He also recently took the reins on a home claim, and was able to get more done on storm damage than I thought the company would pay for. I thought I personally would be fighting the insurance company. He handled it all for me in a flash. He is very personable and easy to understand, truly cares, we will be his client for many years to come.

My husband and I have been dealing with this company in many areas. Our agent is Chris Guyer and he has helped us in many ways. He has done all the research in finding us the right supplemental insurance, car and house insurance. He is easy to get a hold of. He responds in a timely manner and is very professional and honest to work with. We enjoy talking with him and especially him doing all the work for us! I have been with the RMFS agency for almost 30 years now and I have stayed with them because of the excellent service they have provided throughout the years. I have complex insurance needs but Dick has always been able to explain things to me without being overly technical, so that I can understand easily! He came to me this year to make me aware of a viable alternative solution to my needs, which turned out to be a more affordable rate with slightly better coverage. They also made my first premium payment for me, which gave me time to collect my refund from the other insurance carrier, so I wasn't digging into my pockets. And now that Dick's two sons Steve and Chris are in the agency, I hope to be with them for another 30 years!

While I was at work and my car was parked in the faculty parking lot at Columbus State Community College, someone scraped the rear wheel well on the drivers side. I completed a report with the campus police department but nothing resulted from it. I completed an online claim with Ohio Mutual Insurance.Toni Padgett, a claims specialist, contacted me. He told me to get an estimate from the body shop for the repair. I took my car to Rifes Body Shop in Grandview, the shop that Cadillac of Dublin recommended. When I went to Rifes, the paint specialist took a look at it and worked his magic! The damage was completely eliminated and there was no charge. I called Toni and explained what happened. I asked him to dismiss the claim since the repair was completed to my satisfaction. I wanted Risk Management Financial Solutions of Ohio to know that I have never had such an overall positive experience with an insurance company and an auto body repair shop. Toni is an amazing claims specialist. He took care of my problem in such a calm and caring manner. I am truly grateful.
