Easy check in l, but pool was cold! My room was absolutely disgusting! Cat hair mixed with something sticky on the luggage holder, animal pee stains all over the floor, couch cushions decapitated with dirty black marks on arms , red stains on couch, curtain divider has some kind food smeared all over it. Office chair was covered in stains as well. Strongly recommend for others to stay clear of this place. We felt like we were sleeping in someone's animal hair and pee stains on the floor. I couldn't wait to leave, would've left all together but there was limited places to stay! Yuck!!!!!! If you have low standards on cleaning this is your place!

I didnt have a very bad experience in the hotel so for. WiFi is at its worst .on approaching helpdesk they ask me to call AT&T and still the issue isnt resolved

If reviewing the staff only were an option, I would give 5 stars. Jess worked with me when booking. I had booked through the call center (0/10 do not recommend) and it was never booked. I called the hotel to check, Jess fixed it quickly. After arriving, the room above us had no respect for other paying customers. From 5am on you could hear constant running of their children. Spoke to the front desk, which the initially told me I would need to switch rooms. After buying a ton of groceries and all of our belongings foe six people this didn't seem like a great option. The front desk called the room and they were leaving that day. However, there seems to be 0 sound barriers/sound proofing. I started and ended the day with a migraine due to the constant thumping and running in the room above us. For that reason, I would not stay again. I have insomnia and bought two large box fans to help stop outside noise to allow myself some sleep. This did nothing to stop the constant sound of running above us. We did get a refund for the night prior, again Thank you Jess, you are amazing and surely brighten many peoples day that you come across. When we arrived there was trash from prior stays still in the kitchen garbage with no bag. For a Hilton, it does not measure up to other places we have stayed. **We had spoke to four staff members. One at the register during breakfast on Saturday. She was sweet. Although she was the one who said we would have to move. The manager at the breakfast bar was rude. Did nothing. The gentleman at the desk at night, very kind. Then Jess, of course, goes above and beyond. I can not see this smiling sweetheart being rude as stated in ONE other review. She was very easy to work with and very sweet. Rooms: Rooms were not great. You can hear everything around you. Nearby activities: A lot of things to do nearby
