No communication at all! Once we closed on our home, they dont care to answer any of your questions! Repeatedly have sent letters and emails, phone calls to follow up and dead silence. Would not recommend except we love our neighbors and home but if you are a person who wants answers to their questions, dont build with them.

Built at Beulah part. Weve built 7 homes including 1custom. This is the MOST EXPENSIVE, WOSRT BUILT & QUALITY home ever. Dont waste your money. Lived here 2 years and paint is peeling on one side of house and Epcon warranty dept. says your passed yo Services: New construction services, Exterior finishing, Home building

We built a home in Bel Haven and while the website states one house and customer at a time. This is by far not true. Their customer service is pathetic and have a limited skeleton crew addressing issues and cant keep up. I even called the Epcon corporate office about the poor quality of our home and how many things have to be redone. This is by far the worst bait and switch scam in new home construction. Wish I had bought from one of the big names. Our whole house has problems from the low cost, inexperienced contractors these places hire.

Blatant mis representation immediately after you sign the initial document. Plan on paying 30%-40% more than your original contract when you go through the design center. I wish we never fell into this bait and switch company. Service: New construction services
