1/8/2015-HORRIBLE SERVICE! Wedding bouquet was ugly; I had to go back on my wedding day so they could fix it. They double charged me and I have been waiting for over 1 month to get my money back. I was told that the owner is busy due to owning 3 stores and with the holidays...without customers you have no business...hello! Never again would I use this florist...and it is in Dublin off all places. I expected much much more. Whoever is reading this PLEASE take your business elsewhere.

Ordered blue hydrangeas for my Grandma for her birthday/ mother's day this cost me $81.11. This was not the issue. They called me and told me they were out of hydrangeas and to get some by the time I wanted I had to pay $100. She then offered to have their designer put something together for original price of $81.11 she assured me it would be amazing. What arrived was pitiful plastic bucket of petunia. They looked like they cost $5. I am so dissapointed. Will never shop here again.

Awful customer service. The delivery Driver argued with my about where the destination was located, and upon realizing he was wrong he proceeded to hang up on me, but not before he said "Don't worry about it anyways because I'm not delivering them. I called into the shop to ask for a manager, was told he was not present. Informed the woman I'd call back tomorrow to speak to him and was discouraged from doing so. After telling her the issue she proceeded to defend the man with comments such as "I'm sure he was kidding" and "Well maybe he has had a rough day" as if these are permissable excuses to treat a paying customer the way I was treated. Can't speak much to the quality of the flowers because I cancelled the order once my flowers were not delivered that day. I won't be wasting my time with this shop again. There are too many other respectable flower shops out there from which to choose.

I just had the best experience with Dublin Floral Design, Inc. and wanted to spread the word. It's always hit-or-miss when you send flowers out of state but I was VERY happy with the floral creation that was delivered to my husbands Grandma yesterday. The flowers were exactly the size and quality I had hoped and were delivered on-time. The company is run by a couple who do not embrace social media so I cannot tag them and spread the good word. Nonetheless, if you are ever in the Ohio area or would like to send flowers out that way, please consider Dublin Floral Design
