I will continue to use Southeastern Equipment Rental after my experience using them last week. Nick French was the representative I went through and he made it very easy to get exactly what we needed to complete the project. Nick took the time to make sure what I was asking for would work for what I needed to accomplish. He actually recommended I get a 60ft vs 40ft boom lift and was 100% correct. The 40 ft would of cost us probably two more days on the job and might not have reached certain areas. He also followed up after delivery to make sure everything was delivered at right place and on time. He visited the job site on day 3 of our week rental to be sure everything was going smoothly and for me to sign papers since I was preoccupied with the project and not checking emails. The probably most important was he was significantly cheaper then the competitions weekly rental so saving money means more profit for my company. Highly recommend this company and even more so Nick French to get you setup and working on time with no issues. The pick up driver Jeffery Calwell also helped out tremendously. I met him there to pick equipment up and noticed a area on the courthouse that got missed. He didn't hesitate to give me 15 minutes to hop on the lift and fix the problem. Most other drivers would have loaded up the equipment and not been so understanding. The customer service by these two guys made us a customer for as long as I'm in business.
