        Testing area is great, but the front office lady is EXTREMELY rude for no reason.

        The black woman at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional! After my mum finished her exam there last Thursday, she didn't return my mum's pre-learning certificates and claimed she lost them. It's ridiculous that she only had to keep those two documents during the exam hours. Getting those certificates took my mom a week and five hundred dollars. These are her property! During the half-hour quarrel, she didn't make any move to start looking for those certificates. She insisted on searching for them the next day and calling us back. Although she gave us copies, they cannot replace our loss. She even said that she was in charge of everything there, and it was up to her to accept copies or not. It sounded very disrespectful to us as if she was irresponsible and entitled to say no. And she hasn't responded to us until today. This is the most disgusting person we have met this year!

        Why does this place have to have the worst, rudest, power tripping, narcissistic, delusional, unprofessional, garbage employees here? Why is the staff allowed to bully people around? And yes, we're all referring to the exact same woman who works at the front desk.
