I submitted in writing that I had a hand cyst. They called and I reiterated my need. Made an appointment. Went to the appointment, paid my co-pay, waited 25 mins past my appointment time to be seen just to be told they don't do anything than hands. Paid $40 to sit, waste time then have no service provided.

Worst place ever. They never answer the calls and always promise you to call back. it's just a loop if you need to correct something over a call.

Rude, useless and a rip off!
I would love for people to read this review and take a good call of not visiting this care center or the Dr. You will for sure find a better center for your issue.
Everyone you work with in the office is rude and do not care of the kind of poor service they provide. They will deceive you into buying their drugs and make you pay MOREE for it! Their only motive is to make money and no concern of customer satisfaction and will make use of your situation to make more money.
I also think Sara.P has taken special training to mock at people and give some sarcastic response and be rude and belittle your situation
Please do not leave any automated replies under this comment. There is absolutely no need to talk to Sara.P your practice manager who is not going to provide any solution but mock at everything you say. If possible just save the time by not commenting and provide some training to Sara.P on how to handle your patients' queries.
As of today, I went ahead and removed my credit card on file and canceled my appointment over phone with them. Please mind you do not receive any email or message about your appointment details from them so be careful to not be charged money again for not canceling your appointment and also do not leave your card on file.

This place ruined my skin. The doctors are not knowledgeable and will screw up your skin. Do not go here, and do not buy the products they sell at their location. Last year I came in with a tiny issue. On my way out, the doctor suggested vitamin C, that they sell, for its benefits. While shes not wrong about that, she didnt test for allergies or inform me of its side effects. Its one year later and my skin barrier is destroyed, my face has inflamed acne all over my cheeks. When i called them, they were not understanding of my condition nor of the affect their poor communication had on my skin. At minimum I request a refund and they refused, saying the 30 day policy is listed in their fine print, which is pages and pages long. And then they hung up on me. This establishment doesnt have proper solutions and doesnt actually care about your skin. They only care about your money. Strongly suggest to go somewhere else. Attaching my skin after using their product.
