Steve, Chris and the whole team exceeded my expectations by a lot. Steve was here within 30 minutes of my call, brought a full team within an hour and had the situation completely under control on day one. Came back the next day for follow up and adjustments, and the next day to finalize everything. Sump pump failed gave is 3 inches of water in the basement. They moved everything, disposed of what was damaged and brought in tons of fans and dehumidifier to fix. They sprayed disinfectant to keep mold from growing, and even fogged to get to the nooks and crannies. The invoice was detailed and completely reasonable. (Even tho Steve heard what insurance was giving us!) I just had the sense that these guys have a service ethic, as befits their name and actual employee make-up. I can enthusiastically recommend them to anyone, and would be happy to serve as a reference for them! Thanks again guys!!! (Also posted this text to Angi's.)

MOLD REMEDIATION: They did a fantastic job remediating our home. They were thorough, tested before and after, and made sure to put up appropriate barriers to minimize the spread of mold spores in our home. We dealt with a mold remediation company back in Chicago before moving to Columbus, which helped us to realize how great Patriot Home Group Restoration actually is. We hope to never have to, but would definitely utilize their mold remediation services again.

These guys are amazing. Had a water leak that led to a mold problem. They were there within days of my call. They found the issue, got right to work and had everything dried out in a couple of days. They did a great job of communicating what they found, next steps,etc. Cant thank Josh, Steve and Chris enough!

The best indoor environmental specialists in Columbus that go the extra mile and dont take short cuts. Steve is the absolute best he not only responds super quick but actually takes the time to do the best job possible and explain every detail of my results to make sure I completely understand.
