We contacted All Dry after an upstairs bathroom flooded, causing damage to both the bathroom floor and main floor ceiling. Darren was out within 2hrs of my call on a Sunday morning to help with initial stages of damage assessment and drying. Throughout the project they did a great job with both mold remediation and restoration, and were speedy in their work to create minimal disruption within the damaged spaces of our home. Their customer service was outstanding throughout and they were very helpful when dealing with insurance. I'd highly recommend them.

Darren came to our home as we were concerned we may have black mold in our basement. After inspection, he indicated we do not have a black mold issue. We feel he was very honest with us regarding the situation. If we have any mold or flooding issues in the future, we will certainly call All Dry!
