        This office is somehow less helpful than the call center. I had a fraud issues with unauthorized charges and after months of haggling with them they agreed to send me the "documents that were used to determine your claim would be denied" , stating I signed something giving a business permission to store my bank card information. That document was an itemized list of charges and had absolutely zero signatures or anything of the such. My money was not returned to me. The local branch managed never replied to any of my emails about this either. I cannot wait for Chase to go bankrupt along with J.P. Morgan.
