        My spouse and I have used Woodforest National Bank for years. The service by staff hasnt been bad. The issues we have are with the actual functionality of the account. Mobile pay from our phones rarely works, the mobile deposit option from their own app doesnt even work. I drove to the closest branch and they cant even take a deposit due to not having enough staff. Its a scam of a bank.
