Riverside Green Apartments

I've been living here for more then 2 years now and I can tell you it's one of the best locations to live in Dublin with the lowest rent around. The neighbors are friendly and the area is very safe. Karen is super nice, friendly, and very understanding. If she's not in the office to answer the phone, just stop by! If there's any issues, they came by to fix it fairly quick once you put the request in the system.

I lived here first in a studio. The office manager was amazing and always checked on me knowing it was my first apartment alone. One time my fridge broke and the fixed it within an hour of the maintenance request! After living in my studio for a year I got married and my husband and I transferred to a one bedroom in the complex which was a super easy and smooth transition! We loved riverside green and highly recommend it :)

Management denies creditworthy applicants in violation of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity. If you are not the correct type of applicant they want they will deny you based on age, disability, or etc. And by deny, I mean they will just take your application fee then stop responding to calls and e-mails. Probably to avoid litigation since they technically didn't send out an official rejection letter.

I moved to Ohio from Washington state over 10 years ago to assist with caring for elderly parents.  These apartments were convenient and affordable.  I am still here.  Although the units are older, they are fully functional.  I continue to be impressed with the on site manager and maintenance team.  People are friendly, and it's a comfortable place to reside.
