Scioto Ridge Apartments

Terrible Complex, my apartment had pee stains on the carpet from the previous tenants pet. There is no grace period when paying rent so they will charge you almost 100$ each day youre late. Its gated but anybody can come in and steal your catalytic converter! The trash area is disgusting, kitchen appliances are always broken, and they cant even get the pool ready for Memorial Day weekend. Not sure if anybody even works in the leasing office because they are never there nor do they answer the phone! Very disappointing considering the location is the only good thing and clearly what they rely on for business. Be better!

We moved in to the community in early October 2022 and wanted to give time before I gave this review. All office and maintenance staff have been responsive, quick to answer questions, address work orders within 12-24 hours and help with the move in to their community that went flawlessly. The community is absolutely beautiful and the upkeep they take to keep it this way was is very well noted. It's been absolutely amazing these last few months, quiet community- pet friendly (you wouldn't know from the grass---because owners pick up after their pets and are very responsible), safe and the apartments themselves are super spacious. A+ school district, close to everything. Love the High ceilings, open floor plan, large closets and two very large bathrooms and beautiful new appliances and hardware. Makes it very homey! I am so glad we moved in and anticipate I'll be renewing until we move into our forever home. I appreciate the manager, her team and the blessing it was to come by these and not be on the waitlist. If you anticipate moving in the coming months don't hesitate to jump on the list....it's worth the wait!

Good Community in a nice place

I have stayed at Scioto Ridge for almost 4 years now and I am still as impressed by the property as I was when I moved in. Apart from the location and the river view that the front apartments have to offer, the units in themselves are spacious and modern. More importantly, the management and maintenance staff experience has been great. All requests are attended to swiftly and the Leasing managers have been extremely easy to deal with as they lay out all the options clearly for your lease or related requirements for every renewal too. Starting from Sarah, Mickey, Peggy and finally Carson, everyone has been extremely cordial and easy to talk to. Being a smoke free community is another advantage and something that is enforced very well across the property.
