Matt built a glass block shower wall that now has mold. After multiple texts with no response, I called a differebt number. He told me he has no interest in fixing the mold filled grout. Another example of get your money and run! Service: Glass installation

Matt definitely has a great company. They drove 2+ hrs to install egress window in a little over 3 hours. Very clean job site and laid down plywood on the lawn to not damage it. With a great looking finished product. Very satisfied and highly recommend. Service: Window installation

1st Choice installed an eGress window for us. They came one day after scheduled (due to rain) and they got the job done for a lower price than the competetion. Thanks to Matts crew for persevering through our difficult poured concrete foundation.

I received a call from the foreman, Matt a couple days prior trying to schedule the job for 10:00 AM on 09/30, but he called later the following day because they couldn't make it. We rescheduled it for 10/01 at 10:30, but again he didn't show. I called and asked if they'd be coming to do the job and he said "Sometime today we'll make it out". I had to work later that day. At about 1 PM, 2 young men showed up for the installation. To say I'm disappointedwould be an understatement. Both men did a poor job installing 6 windows, showed up late, left one window installed crooked, glass all over the floor, stood in my utility sink twice, cut a large hole in my porch area to use an outdoor outlet, dripped mortar in the porch area, used mortar instead of glass around tankless water heater pvc outlet, unplugged outdoor lights and didn't plug back in, didn't plug in dryer correctly, and chipped 100 year-old brick on the interior of my home around 2 windows that can never be replaced. Mostimportantly, they were going to leave the vent that goes outside off of our tankless water heater instead of properly venting it through the window. Therefore, leaving carbon monoxide to vent back into our home if my wife didn't notice it. I'm sending photos after this email for reference. This was an awful process and the 2 ameteur installers left me and my wife disappointed. I would never recommendusing 1st Choice Glass Block for anything in the future and would like to know what 1st Choice plan to do going forward... Services: Glass installation, Window installation
