        This company changed their location since last tax season and did not inform us when I called to make the appointment. They also failed to mention that masks were mandatory (I have a doctors order not to wear a mask). When we arrived for our appointment we then had to drive to a new location making us late for our appointment. When they asked about me wearing a mask I told them I had a doctor's note and they started asking for specific details of my personal medical information which I informed them I would not be providing and they were not entitled to. I will not be returning to a place that does not accommodate medical disabilities and requires specific details of my person medical information in order to provide service. Wish I could give this company a 0 star rating.
