My experience with Dr. Batterton and his group (Aileen, Betty, & co.) is always warm and encouraging. Theyre always great about being really clear and helpful when discussing billing, (though, of course, having good insurance certainly makes that process easier for both parties), but theyre also just very supportive in general, always willing to reschedule an appointment if your calendar changes suddenly and you need to do that. I always leave feeling slightly better than when I arrived, which, for me and my own history with teeth and dental stuff, is a significant thing to notice. I recommend them without reservation.

They really make going to the dentist a positive experience. The staff is thorough, friendly, and non judgemental. Highly recommend giving this office a try.

They got me into an appointment within a very reasonable time frame. Staff was highly pleasant to engage with and clear on cost of services. They did not give off the feeling that they were trying to sell me anything I didnt need.

Always a wonderful experience.. Betty and Kate greet you warmly as you arrive. Aileen is a pro and such a sweet person. She always makes me feel at ease and always does an amazing job. Dr. B is kind and professional. If youre looking g for a great office, youve found it!

Fantastic dental facility. I spoke with Aileen, Dr. Batterton, and a couple other folks, and can say that everyone there is excellent, down to earth and very personable. I had some concerns from the previous dentist in another state. It wasn't anything bad, I just had some questions. Hearing this, Dr. Batterton and the team actually called the previous practitioner and was able to clarify my questions. I was surprised that they didn't just tell me to call the place myself and find out. I would 100% recommend this practice to anyone in the Delaware area.
