We have been staying here for awhile and I have no complains. They are the best! From the staff to the facilities and services they offer, they are truly the best. You have everything you need here! My dog loves the dog park! We never encountered any issues or problems. We love coming home to Seattle House! The gym is clean, the pool, they also have a small book cabinet where homeowners can donate and get books!

Well for a apartment place it was beautiful but I have a problem with the hard check of my life and credit. They are nice people but on the corporate side of it plain and simple sucks. I have rented a lot in life and never in my life have I seen so games in renting a apartment. I also have a ESA animal dog certified emotional support animal. And I felt like they had a problem with everything. I'm not moving into the white house. It is a apartment and it's become a joke to rent anymore. And my past has nothing to do with now. My credit was good I had well over 10000 dollars in the Bank omy problem is they waisted my time with everything. Gets your hopes up lead you along the state that our corporate office has to approve everything. What is wrong with this. And I believe everyone needs a good place. Why has it come to this in life where finding a place to live has become a serious issue everywhere. My statement stands. Good luck

Dont remove snow, staircases dangerous in the winter. Apt had two doors that wouldnt close, and the balcony door was incredibly drafty made the heating pricing high in winter. Not nearly enough parking, Id come home exhausted from a 12+ hour work day and would have to park halfway across the complex and walk up three flights of stairs. Was awful in winter. Place looked nice but things were cheaped out on. Could hear everything in apartments around me and the flag outside flapping and smacking against the pole in the wind and smell weed coming from someone below us constantly. Dog woke us up multiple times from neighbors below at 3am. Overall looked nice but a lot of issues and not worth the cost of rent to live there. My sister lived here too and got no help from them when she wanted to move out due to issues.
