Very nice staff! Very clean rooms, hallways, bathrooms, everything! They were also very accommodating. We booked two rooms and they put us across the hall from each other. That was very convenient!! I'll stay there again! The Meijer store was across the street!!

I stayed five days to recover from a leg surgery. The lady that made the biscuits and gravy was a very sweet and helpful. I was on crutches she went out of her way to help me. I really appreciate her during my recovery. I was very impressed by all of the staff. Teresa Burton

Third shift woman is rude. When my daughter Couldn't find our room after breakfast she was reprimanded and told if she didnt stop walking around she would have to leave....when my son called about the wifi code hew was talked.down to and told he wasnt allowed to hook his device up to the wifi in our room. In a hotel environment the workers should be attentive and friendly and welcoming...that was not the case. And the pool was down and that was the specific reason i reserved tjis place.for my kids. Then was told no refunds

Where to start, first there never was anyone at the front desk. Housekeeping ran a loud sweeper out side our room door at 8:00 am. The wind blew and would cause our room door to bang all night. .
