be careful dealing with these people.daughter in law took my vehicle in for an oil change,couple days later went to check the oil and dipstick was broke.took it back,they ended up breaking dipstick tube off in engine block.took the oil pan off to get it out and put it back together and now the motor is knocking,been dealing with this going on two months now,car still not fixed.they are making no attempts to make this right.they turned it in to their insurance company now they say there is nothing else they can do.insurance says repairs exceed the value of the car but will not agree to pay what the car is actually worth.got letter from insurance and it says vehicle was struck by a vehicle owned by Tire Kingdom,which is not the case at all.sounds pretty shady.called district manager about the problem we are having and no issues were resolved there either,and now he wont even return my phone calls.......piss poor business and management

Avoid this place like the plague!!! If I could give negative reviews, I would. There is absolutely no way I would ever return to this joke of establishment. The story: I had a nail in my tire but knew I had the warranty on the new set that I bought about a year ago. I called to verify that they had the tire and set up an appointment. I come, wait 2 hours to get it changed and pay. I get to my car and it's the wrong tire. The manager Darren Davis comes out and apologizes, tells me that they will order the right one to have installed the following week, reassures me that I won't have to pay again. I call two weeks in a row and no one knows what I am talking about. They tell me the manager will call me back. Nothing. 3rd week in and I call again, this time speaking with the manager. I double checked that they had the right tire and that I wouldn't have to pay. He said he was working it out with his boss. I come in to get the correct tire put in and am asked to pay an additional $30 (on top of what I paid last visit). When I became upset and expressed the failure of customer service on so many levels, the manager berated me non-stop in front of other customers and his staff. He even said he would charge me an additional $40 since I was ungrateful!! I agreed to pay the $30 bc I just needed the correct tire. He continued with the snide comments- even mentioning that I shouldn't be irrate and upset bc I was in the military. Essentially he said that I should just roll over and take it. I went outside and called their corporate office, explained everything and they called him while I waited. I only had to pay $4 (for who knows what) in the end but this was the most terrible experience ever. Even the business cards are unprofessional!!!
