Highly recommend Brad and Odis Slone Realty!
I feel like Brad went above and beyond in support of our recent real estate transaction closing in October 2023. He handled many complicated aspects of the multi-address multi parcel transaction to include survey work and integration with an exchange under section 1031 rules. The parcel changes required Brad to complete coordination with the seller and surveyor along with city and county officials to finalize changes for the closing. Brad also made extra effort with coordination of the complex transaction with the closing attorneys and funding sources to ensure all paperwork and accounting was accomplished correctly for a successful transaction.
I noticed Brads dedication, expertise, and thoughtful advice as an agent which puts him in a league of his own. Out of all of the prior transactions I have been involved I can truly say he is among the best. I would not hesitate to recommend and work with Brad or take his advice in the future.
