It was a horrible place, you are treated like a prisoner. Staff was angry all the time, I lasted 26 days of pure hell,,, Do not stay here!!!

I didn't receive any invoices and suddenly when I tried to attend my telehealth appt with the psychiatrist, they told me I couldn't see the doctor because I had a past due balance that I couldn't pay at the time. This was understandable, but they also refused to order refills for the antidepressants that I had been taking for the past few years (before I was even their patient), along with the antipsychotic they prescribed me a few months prior. Why was I required to recheck with the psychiatrist every month (a 5-minute appointment for $100) to get my medications? Even the ones I had been fully adjusted to for years? How does a psychiatrist sleep at night knowing they refused to fill the antidepressants & antipsychotics of their depressive bipolar patient? I scheduled an appointment with my family doctor to tell them I wanted to keep the same medications under their name rather than the psychiatrists & have never had that issue again. The doctor simply wants to shove pills down your throat, be upset with you for not taking the ones that make you unable to function, then charge you $1200 a year, not including the price of medication, to bring you into a dingy office & ask if you're taking your medication, if you're doing drugs, if you're feeling suicidal, then send you out. Maybe this is the reality with all psychiatrists, but it still blows my mind to this day that someone can keep their job after putting their patients health in danger.
