Your call center is THE WORST!! I have never experienced such a horrible lag in just merely setting up an appointment. Every time I call, there are always 14 to 25 people ahead of me in the call queue. Even more disappointing is that the "call back" option NEVER works. CranTech either needs to add more people to the call center or they need to offer scheduling services online - IT'S RIDICULOUS!!

The billing/insurance department (this Arizona office) are snakes. Do not sign their Financial Agreement! It voids your right to protections from "Balance Billing". They are not permitted by law to deny care or service for patients rejecting anything that voids your legal protections from balance billing. Expensive lesson learned. We started treatment under my former employer's insurance. They even charged me $800 in advance because the department coordinated with my insurance company to anticipate that would be my out of pocket cost. Fine. Now I have received a $2400 bill from Cranial Technologies THREE MONTHS after that initial payment. This is because they actually billed the insurance company several weeks after they initially took my money in their office. There wasn't a phone call or email. I even asked if there were any outstanding charges when we completed treatment a month ago. But the billing/insurance department took so long to send this bill that I can no longer extend my former insurance with COBRA. Their billing/insurance people do not care and do not take responsibility for their failure to communicate in a timely manner. They are awful people with an evil Financial Agreement that takes away patients' rights just to squeeze more money out of them.

Mandy M from the insurance department is a true professional and extremely helpful and compassionate towards moms and families going through this stressful journey. Unfortunately, I have had a bit of a rough experience due to insurance issues, among other things. Mandy was the first customer service rep I have spoken to in the last two months who actually seemed to care. She was able to provide me with so much information that prior reps failed to mention to me. I would highly recommend her services and honestly give her a raise. I cannot speak more highly of her. She really went above and beyond to take the time and effort to obtain as much information as she could to help me appeal our denial. You are very lucky to have her!!!!!!

CRANIAL technology may or may not be legitimate and here is why . Our own pediatrician tried to tell us it probably wasn't necessary in our case, and that Cranial trch will tell us we need helmets for our twin no matter what. As all parents know, you never want to risk your child's health, so you'll do anything for them. I believe the technology may be of some help in the cases . Cranial tech said our daughters condition was moderate/severe, and we were encouraged to pursue a very expensive hemets and all the reasons why we should. They told us uneven face, pressure of the skull and misaligned jaw ect. Insurance generally won't cover this, unless the measurements of the head fall out of range. so it was $2100 out of pocket for each baby. We have twins. This is a red flag warning that this is not a truly professional group, and they left me with no choice but to conclude that the technology may or may not be legitimate. My insurance company told me my twins head measurements that cranial tech gave them are within range and will not be covered. Yet Cranial tech said my kids were mod to severe and needed helmets. One twin will need 2 as a matter of fact. My twins head measurements fall within range of normal and do no meet the requirements for my insurance to pay for helmets. So I do not believe this company is 100% truthful and for money. Always get a second opinion.
