America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

It took entirely too long to get an exam. Over an hour. The lady checking me out for contacts and glasses was entirely unhelpful and rude. She ran to get coffee instead of helping customers so youd think she would be in a better mood. The male doctor will call you by the wrong name and tell you its your fault because he cant spell. He also touched my cheeks and face repeatedly after saying no. I am on the phone filing a complaint. Just a lot of NO happening in this place.

Excellent experience with Dr. Dickman, he was very friendly, and experienced! Alex helped me choose my replacement glasses and addressed my insurance coverage and budget. I will be going to this Americas best location for my glasses from here on out! Adam W 4/9/24

All around good experience. The optometrist was great. The finalization of the glasses sale was handled by Tracy, who did a fantastic job! Very friendly and easy to talk to. I'll definitely be back.

This is by far the BEST Americas Best Ive been to! Quick and efficient service. Perfect customer service. This is the second time I came here. The first was with my daughter, who the made feel comfortable and excited about her glasses. Then I came back to get her glasses fixed and they replaced the frames within 15mins. Kudos to the entire store.
