I've been going here since 2016. I have always had a good experience and pay very little for my glasses. I don't understand why you'd want to pay hundreds of dollars when you can pay a lot less for the same thing.

the entire staff is friendly and explains everything thoroughly. the doctor was fabulous, the appointment was quick and i was given a lot of helpful information. i would drive the 45 minute drive again just for their service.

On April 19th I tried to schedule an eye exam to update my prescription. The earliest exam time available was June 1st, it was frustrating to have to wait so long but understandable with how things are. I just got a call today saying they have to reschedule it to an even later date. Ive been coming here since 2015 and have always been happy with the great staff and service but I cant keep waiting so I am looking for a new optometrist

The employees at the America's Best on Wilmington Pike in Bellbrook are AMAZING!!! I lost my glasses and had to order another pair. I called the original location where I got them only to be told that they don't have the frames I originally ordered. I thought this was odd especially since they don't make the glasses on site. The associate was not very helpful so I called this location and spoke with Paige. Paige was great, she looked up my previous purchase and ordered my glasses. She provided such great service I asked if I could speak with the manager to sing her praises...come to find out she IS the General Manager. I loved the service so much that when I went to pick up my glasses I ordered another pair. America's Best almost lost a customer....but Paige saved me!!! Needless to say, I will NOT be visiting the other location and will be transferring my records to Wilmington Pike!
