They were running at least 40 minutes late. They had a waiting room full of patients also waiting. I WALKED OUT.

Great doctor, great tech, and one great person up front. The other person up front was awful. After I was done with the doctor I walked up front and the woman closest to the exam rooms didn't even look up. I waited then asked "where do you want me?" The kind one by the front door said "I can help you over here" so I went to her and got my follow up appointment slip. I asked where my prescription was and the rude one held it up in her hand ignoring the fact that I was there and told the other person "people would get their prescriptions if they'd check out over here." I just laughed and thought I missed something and then my wife, who had an appointment before me said she stood at the rude person's desk for several minutes and she never looked up. The other person finally called my wife over to check her out. I don't know what the deal is with her but there are a lot of options out there and being treated like trash by a grumpy staff member is not something I'm going to pay to deal with.

The doctor has a good reputation as an eye surgeon. I have been going to his office for many years for my eye exams. He is doing a good job of keeping me informed of the status of my cataracts. He is not pushing surgery but is pointing out symptoms which might make it advisable before it is required. Examination for and preparation of a new prescription is optional and this, plus the potential cost was pointed out before the exam.
