Extremely disappointed and saddened by the lack of care along with lack professionalism this facility, along with your Beavercreek location treated my family member's care. After receiving a letter that this location was closing my family members "case" due to not making an appointment in less than 2 month, I phoned to mention they had been very ill and in the hospital. (The Initial reason for getting Counseling in the 1st place was due to health) I asked to schedule, & was told they would email the the councilor who would get in touch with me. That was 3 months ago & no one has reached out. Truly sad!

Nice enough counselors, but without proper understanding of more complex conditions like ASD, ADHD, and OCD. Do NOT go here for an ASD/ADHD assessment, especially if you are a marginalized person and have had to mask your whole life. You will not be listened to or seen. The damage done from my misdiagnosis here set me back literal years in my journey to both self-acceptance, and to proper accommodations in my life. I fell for the flashy, feel good name, but ended up radically disempowered, unfortunately.

Ive been going here for years seeing Mrs. McKoy which has been great however, she went on leave and I had to see Ms. Zinn. Since her leaving, I have not had therapy because Zinn keeps cancelling on me (today was the 3rd time) My mental health has plummeted and I cant get help because shes sick and theres no way for me to be fit in I guess.

Jennifer is absolutely amazing :) saw her (and going to still see her when I can) for over 2 years and she not only helped me through the lowest points of my life, but she helped me on my journey of really discovering myself. Shes a great person who listens to you, and shes also very LGBTQ+ friendly! Thank you Jennifer, wish I could give you 100 stars
