I had an appointment to see Andrew. Andrew refused to see me because i wore a medical grade face shield rather than a face mask. I suffer from anxiety when my face is covered so a face mask is not an option. I was humiliated and embarrassed and would never recommend going here.

I have been with Hillcrest and SOENTS for over a year the staff is super. Only problem is they are a little slow returning calls occasionally.

I have a hearing aid that is old but has been reliable. I recently noticed that it was fading in and out. It had done this in the past and I had the wiring replaced. It took a few times to get the wire to bend into place for comfort last time. When I picked up my hearing aid this time, I realized(when I got home) that it fit perfectly. Now Im wondering if they actually replaced it. They charged me $125.00! I will be calling and getting to the bottom of this. Stay tuned...so I called them this morning and the young lady that answered the phone told me that the technician probably shaped the new wiring exactly like the old wiring so it would fit comfortably into my ear. She said it has a 90 day warranty versus the five year warranty that I was told yesterday.
Not Cool, Hillcrest. You need to get your stuff together.
