UMR

What am I paying for each month?! UMR is hands down the worst I have ever experienced. This insurance does not cover very much AT ALL. Eyeglasses: my son's frames should have been 100% covered, I pretty much paid for all of it. We were told in the office that UMR covered. Daughter's stress test for severe chest pains: not covered. WHY NOT!? $300 copay for ER visits. They are robbing their clients. I told my benefits department that I feel it's pretty unfair of our company to use them, and make employees pay hundreds of dollars each month for such worthless insurance. I wish 0 stars was an option.

If you are an employer considering UMR - do not select this company. Customer service is unresponsive and benefit plan information is misleading, if not completely false. Go with Anthem instead!

This insurance is so complicated and so wrong especially the dental.. Cant get nothing done or paid for without it being a error.. terrible terrible insurance
