I had a client that was in need of hospice care, Tracy C. your hospice nurse went above and beyond to schedule a meeting with the family and set up care. The family has been very pleased with the hospice care that they have received from Tracy and her team!

AMAZING TEAM ......THE BEST!!!! They are my husbands hospice provider. Everyone working there is the best at what they do. The team is totally in sync w/each other as well as w/the patient/family. They offer all that you could want for your loved one....and then some. He/I/we would not be able to get through this w/o God and the Capital Health Hospice team. They are our blessing from God! If your friend/loved one needs hospice care please give them the best care, give them Capital Health Hospice! (lol....I am not affiliated w/Capital Health Hospice.)

The nursing home was nice, they really took care of me and got me back on my feet. The company that runs the nursing home also has a home health company, and that's when it all falls apart. they don't return calls, it's seems like they have no staff, and they didn't have the equipment set to my house like they said they would. So when I got home, I had no oxygen, I had to go to the ER one day after getting home, and now still haven't got a call back from capital home health. Never use these people, it might cost you your life
