*** they changed their name, they now go by "Universal Heating" - same company, ran by the same clowns with same awful work ethics *** Simply awful. Took forever to install a unit, system isn't working right. They won't return my calls or address the problem. Had to call another company to come in and repair what Osborne screwed up. Left my house and basement a mess. Didn't hide the wires or cover the holes in the walls. DO NOT USE THEM.

Great people great attitudes really friendly and very reliable and great work conduct. I would recommend them to everyone!!! Thanks guys for the great job!!!

There working on a house across street and watched them and there very unprofessional and they were rude to neiber and parked in other driveways and blocked sidewalks and was very rude when asked to move so they could get out there driveway .looked like ruff bunch

What a total shock to have 1) terrible work, 2) messy work 3) an Owner that got angry on the phone with me when I wanted to talk to him because I was questioning some of the work his men were doing as "aesthetically it was awful" - he went on a rant about how he has been a plumber forever etc etc and I'm sure he has a great business & great experience - but poor customer service and poor explanation. He called his workers behind my back to say they were not going to finish the job and they walked out leaving 2 of the 3 reasons they were here - unfinished 1) Bathroom Shower not completed, large hole (access panel in adjacent room) 2) did not complete installation of the dishwasher. They did complete changing out the line in the back of the fridge. They may call themselves the best - but this is not the best - it was the worst!
