    Only giving 3 stars because when I called to return the couch me and my fianc currently pay on, while my name is on the lease, I was pushed into keeping it and having a talk with my fianc about keeping it, they offered to lower payment, but me and my fianc had already spoken about getting rid of the couch as we prefer to purchase one rather than continue to pay $85 a week on it as it has become a huge financial burden. I had to have my fianc call and make an arrangement for return. Other than that, friendly customer service and they are willing to work with customers who want to keep their furniture!

    Excellent service. Went Above & Beyond to help me. I have been in the hospital a few times and got a little behind, I didn't show up when I said I would (couldn't be helped) and they worked with me since I never deferred any payments before and helped me to where I was caught up by paying just what I was able to pay. I know a deferral goes on at the end of the lease but they didn't have to help yet they did! Thanks!

    Just called to inquire about services not trying to buy! Spoke with Tonya who has zero interest in helping! Just assumed I would need to pay a deposit, never even inquired about what I needed! Said they have been burned by to many people in the past and that I shouldn't act surprised by thatas if it was my problem! I could get better customer service from a cactus! Aaron's trains your employees better Tonya don't be so quick to judge people
