        This place is absolutely out of control, I have never used them but travel by them because I have to use route 4 everyday for work and there clients are absolute savages. I understand out of respect to pull over for a passing funeral but every-time I get caught up on one of these funerals leaving here there are people on motorcycles, trucks etc (not police or even funeral home workers) will come into the opposing lane forcing people to get over and getting extremely close to hitting my car. This behavior is totally crazy.

        From pre-planning months before the death of our loved one to the day of his service, the DJMC staff in Dayton took a great deal of time and care in guiding us throughout. After his death, the contact we received, and planning for the day of his service, was made less painful by the caring, understanding and professional staff. My entire family was impressed with the post service products provided to help us in following up with visitors, friends, and caretakers. We were touched further by the personalization of these products and memorabilia gift. DJMC Dayton was extremely top notch for us. They will be receiving our business again...but, prayerfully, not too soon.

        This company provided services for my brother Paul Miller. The funeral director was unapproachable and she gave the memory blanket that was made for him to the former group home he was in instead of his family. Highly unprofessional. Would NOT recommend. Oh and to top everything else off, Not one single person that I've spoken to from.this company has taken a second to say "Sorry for your loss."

        I am so disappointed in the disrespect these people show me , I was literally told by a staff member to get the f out, after I call them to pick my sister up from hospice. Her daughter and I had a disagreement while grieving, and at the end she didn't give her a home going celebration because she was her beneficiary, and was angry at me. So I called Jordan's to see if I could pay to have her one. AND THEY WOULD NOT RETURN MY CALL
