This place is awesome. The owners and instructors are very nice and and inclusive. They offer a bunch of different classes and at different times. There is even a little play area for the kids. The one and only issue is there is no formal parking lot, so get there early to snag a spot on the street. If you're looking for a fun and female based classes, space 3 is your go to!

Space Three is hands down the best place for group fitness in Dayton! The instructors are wonderful and offer a variety of different classes. It has a great community vibe to help support your fitness goals. You can tell a lot of hard work and thoughtfulness goes in to making this such an awesome place to workout.

The Space3 exercise classes are great! The workout is a great balance of strength, stretching, cardio and fun all packed into a quick 30 minutes. I recommend it to my colleagues!
