Our design home was recently completed, the construction process in an acceptable time frame, finishing in roughly 8 months. We have had few quality issues, and so far they have been attended to promptly. Rodney, Laura, and Lisa have been great! The downsides have been overall value proposition and lack of flexibility around customer input, unusual financing requirements, and lack of discipline to differentiate one model home from another.

We had just moved to the Dayton area, with no intention of moving anytime soon. However, our first visit to this home by Design Homes convinced us otherwise! We love the detail and quality finishes that went into building the home, as well as the big windows, open spaces, and high ceilings. Clearly there was much thought in designing a home that was both functional and beautiful. Not to mention the Soraya Farms neighborhood. We had a friend who visited us and initially thought we lived on a golf course. Great job, DH!
