Eric is legit the best manager AT&T has out of all of the stores. My bill was an absolute MESS. No stores I went to would help me, said too bad and he immediately took control of everything when I came in, even though it was another stores screw up. I highly recommend this store out of them all and talk to Eric and his assistant are the ones to work with!

Leslie and Erik ("with a k") were GREAT, well, except Erik went to Cheesecake Factory and didn't get Cheesecake for me or Leslie, ha! Anyway, I came in (in a BAD mood) for help with something that was neither of their faults and while they couldn't immediately help me, we were able to get a temoporary fix with the help of Apple and a great technician via technical support on the phone. There ended up being a permanent fix for my issue that brought me back to Apple the next day, so I stopped in to update Leslie and Erik. Erik was there and we had a good chuckle on the resolution. The entire team at the store (sorry, I didn't get the other two guys names) were all great - my story was a W I L D one to say the least and while I came in mad at the world, I left being able to use my device/account again, all while having a great interaction with this team. I am about 40 minutes from this location (there is a closer one to me) but I will continue to go here for any other ATT needs I may have. Thanks again, guys!! And Erik, you own Leslie and I cheesecake!!

Only come here if you are interested in being sold services you didn't ask for and want to be lied to. Do not trust management, Andrew Grey. Apparently, this manager has their own store rule that they do not sell equipment outright, only on financing. This is not an ATT policy nor a franchisee, so why a manager thought they could overrule a Fortune 500 company's policy astounds me. Instead of succeeding the right way, they cheat and break the rules set by their corporation to protect their customers. This location is only interested in its own metrics and sales goals. They will do anything to meet them, including lie, cheat, and steal. Avoid at all costs!
