Worst Car lot Ive ever been to Ever wouldnt even come down two thousand dollars to close a sale on a $23,000 car. And by the way I was paying in cash and they still wouldnt come down one penny from that 23,000 I will never be back and I hope anybody that reads this doesnt go there either Because all they will do is talk you up make it seem like theres a deal to be made and then when it comes time to make the deal they will tell you that its the price shown no negotiations worst dealership ever

Just bought a new Encore GX from Bob Ross. Love it! Dan Meyer was extremely helpful as he guided me through the whole process: selection, negotiation, completing the documentation, and delivery. Everyone along the way made me feel like I was top priority. The entire Bob Ross team is dedicated to building long-term relationships with their customers. I know, because this the third car I've bought from them. Bob Ross does all my service work, too. I don't trust anyone else to do it right.
