This place has gone downhill. It was dirty and my stylist smelled heavily of cigarettes.There didnt seem to be any professionalism there at all. I didnt end up getting what I really wanted done so I just had her do a quick trim so I could leave and go to another salon.

Went to go see Emily to do an all over highlight. As soon as I got there I was questioned by the front desk lady about what I wanted never seen or spoke to a stylist the entire time I was there. Manager went to talk to the stylist and she just shook her head no and I could clearly see she didnt know how to do the service I requested even tho online It said she was a color specialist. I dont even know why I tried again here because my last experience my hair got butchered. Dont go to them unless youre looking for very basic cut like dead ends maybe.

Kearra is an excellent stylist. She listened to my needs and educated me on the health of my hair. She made sure I was 110% satisfied before I left. I will absolutely be back. My hair is so healthy and gorgeous. I feel like a million bucks!

All people working either haircut or styling sound tired and unhappy, they dont listen what you ask them about styling and trying politely get rid of you. another time person cut my hair like a mess and a lot of hairs with wired and apparently missed cut, hanging from me, also pretty expensive
