service was absolutely terrible, its really a hit or miss here, sometimes they do okay and other times absolutely awful. also i had an appointment today and they cancelled on me last minute, i was literally on the way there. very rude too. not only do they need to be taught cosmetology but manners too.

The students and staff were wonderful, very friendly and interactive with myself and my 2 children. Amy was blessing the whole time, she worked hard to find the prefect shade of pink for my 9 year old. When my 7 year old realized she wasnt getting colored hair she was upset and Amy took her to get a snack out of the vending machine. We had a great experience!

I understand students are never going to do a perfect job 100% understood. There have been 2 occasions where my hair was messed up at this location. Both times I wanted my hair bleach blonde. Both times Ms, Jess was the instructor. Both times Ms. Jess mixed the toner and didn't do a t11 or t18 and gave me a "special mix". Both times my hair turned greenish gray. I have never had this issue with nightshift or the south location. I thought she was supposed to be the teacher???
