The light fixtures he installed were perfect and we are so thankful we chose his company. Fantastic work ethic and excellent results. Thank you for your hard work!       Hello Mr. Borger, I am sorry that you are unhappy. First, we never had a project scheduled with you and there was no time line given. Second, we received your message through our website just last week and immediately scheduled an appointment with you. We messaged back and forth via text message regarding your project. You requested a bath fan be installed in your bathroom without accessing the attic area. We told you that we would need to see the area and project before being able to just give you a price. In route to your appointment, you told us that since you were home you wanted us to “just do the work”. We explained that when we come out on appointments we don’t bring all of the necessary tools that we would need to complete your project correctly. I am sorry that you didn’t like that response. We attempted to set up another appointment and have gotten no response from you. We hope that you get your project taken care of to your satisfaction.
