      image Friendly, helpful. I loved it when they had the safe deposit boxes, but they ended that service downtown several years ago.
      Chase has been my bank since the days of Bank One. For basic checking the fees were minimal, far less than other banks. I believe that still holds true today. I have no reason to consider any other institution for my money management.

      image If you make an online purchase and for whatever reason you have to dispute the charges. Chase Bank will side with the merchant not their customer. Chase bank believes that their customers are not right..

      image Well lit, great 24hr ATM, and friendly security guard. Not sure Ive met anyone before who goes to the bank just for coffee. Bummer theres not a thing called a coffee shop....
