Moved back after relocating and it was just as good as before! The staff are so kind and always ready to help. Living here is fantastic!

We love renting at the Cannery! The whole management team is so kind. They are also super flexible about how long you rent for, and responsive if there are any little things that need fixing (my cat chewed through a water pipe), etc. Weve rented here off and on over the years while we work on our fixer upper house or travel and we always love coming back. The rooms are beautiful and well maintained, with gorgeously tall ceilings. Weve stayed in a studio and in a few one bedrooms and theyve all been great. There are so many restaurants and bars, coffee shops, hair salons, the library, and a yoga studio nearby so it is a really great area of town! Highly recommend!

Great place to live, prices are good for the area and the management does a great job! It is also great to be able to walk to area amenities.

We have been living at the Cannery for about three years now and love it here! The staff is awesome, everyone is super friendly and always quick to help when there is a problem or we have a question. The building is very old, which I love, and it's cool living in a piece of Dayton history. The location is also fantastic for people who want to take advantage of Dayton's nightlife offerings and all the fun things there are to do downtown. We haven't had any issues with residents here, there is a good mix of younger people (like grad school age) and older adults, so there's no reason for anyone to feel out of place here in that regard. They are often making updates to the facilities and doing little things to improve resident experience, like getting new shelving units for organizing packages. If you are looking for an apartment downtown, I can't recommend the Cannery enough!
