My experience with this company is entirely different!!!They installed an hvac system in my house on 9-29-21 first 2 service calls were fine.I then had an ac problem for which they set appointment and never came but claim i cancelled it,i now have a co2 leak from the heat exchanger in my furnace for which i have called them about and they have yet to check it themselves for 3 months.My only problems are my furnace is leaking co2,it is not leveled correctly,the main flu pipe is leaking condensation,the flu pipes are not installed correctly,i was sold a system in 2021 that the furnace is a 2019 model and the ac is a 2016 model but they have treated me like all their customers is what their answer is!!! I was told by their office when i had the ac problem that i was not a high priority call so they couldnt come because they were to busy.Unless every other hvac company in your area is closed i would steer clear of this one.

My furnace stopped working suddenly and I was facing a frigid week ahead with temperatures hitting 0 Fahrenheit and wind chills at approximately 10 to 20 below 0. I was super stressed out and put my three space heaters and my gas fireplace to work. Didnt get much sleep over the weekend but I left a message for Quality Heating and A/C services on Brandt Pike and on Monday morning, Lina (super nice and professional) scheduled someone out to my house within three hours. Harold worked on my furnace for 15 minutes, found the problem, cleaned the flame sensor, took out the component that was clogged causing the furnace failure, cleaned it, put it back together in just a few minutes. Furnace was back up and running within 30 minutes. I was worried before Harold arrived that I may be faced with a bill in the hundreds or a couple thousand dollars if it was a major component replacement. I was shocked that Harold fixed the system so fast and was completely honest, even in the emergency where I had with no heat. My bill was under $100 dollars. My stress level went from 80% down to 0 in that short time. I will call Quality Heating and A/C from Huber Heights next spring to have my HVAC system inspected, tuned up, and prepared for the hot and cold seasons ahead. I could not have imagined a better outcome. I thank the owner, Tim Jewett for guiding the company to be honest and more than fair. Thank You!
