Ted, we are very sorry to hear that you didn't receive a call back from our sales staff. Our team answering the incoming phone calls are instructed to take down the caller's contact information and what the call is regarding. If a caller is inquiring about billboard/digital billboard advertising, then we send that information to a Key-Ads sales representative. Key-Ads' expectations are for sales representatives to return any calls within 1 business day. I'm not sure where the break down in our process happened, but we apologize for it.
