I was having trouble sleeping and waking up during the night and would have trouble falling back to sleep. Dr. Rosenberg took his time and did a self hypnosis and it worked! I immediately fell asleep in the office. I recorded my own self hypnosis based on what he taught me and I use it each night. Now I can sleep through the night without waking up multiple times. Highly recommend this doctor. He actually cares about his patient and will do what he can to help. To be honest I didnt expect to get a self hypnosis done from a doctor. This really surprised me but I am so grateful for it.

My Airsense 10 was in need of repair due to a bad wheezing sound coming from the motor, so I took it to SHS. My CPAP was out of warranty, so they were able to perform the repair onsite. To my surprise, they were able to perform the repair for a fair price in about 15 minutes while I waited. Kim and Kyle were very professional, answered all questions I had, and provided recommendations for future CPAP usage. My CPAP is now whisper quiet to the point my wife doesn't know it's running while sleeping right next to me. I won't hesitate to return to SHS for any of my future CPAP needs.

Fraudulent group of disorganized liars. My new machine was defective. They were supposed to repair my machine and return it to me, but instead lost the machine. They were supposed to replace my machine with a new machine. They instead replaced it with somebody else's used machine. Gross. They called and said they spoke with a manager and this time they were really really going to send me a new machine. They lied, of course, and sent me yet another used machine. I have returned their used machines and they have yet to supply me with a new working machine. They defrauded me and my insurance company. This started in 2023 and as of today March 26 2024 is still accurate. When I dropped off those used machines at their location (I didn't trust them to acknowledge the returned machines if I just sent them back) you see piles and piles of peoples machines thrown and stacked around the room like hoarders. This is after they sent the wrong machine, then sent the wrong supplies several times (still billed for them). What a mess. Avoid these dishonest and disorganized people. If anyone sues them, contact me and I'll join you.

Becky Cox is Amazing! I enjoyed the services provided, she is was very knowledgeable and answered all questions and concerns. Beckys professionalism is more than words can express. Im very grateful I wish I could keep her she was such a joy! Thank you
