        Impossible to reach actual staff by phone. Only get call center staff. Only send in prescription correctly 50% of the time.

        If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Dr. Andrew Chema is one of the most disrespectful doctors Ive EVER encountered. He fails to listen to you, will act as if he doesnt want to help or doesnt care at all, this is definitely a professional you want to avoid at all costs. I left the building in tears.
