I was with this company location for a decade. My home insurance company wasn't going to renew us, I called on Friday and she said she'd get back to me Monday. I didn't hear anything with a deadline coming up soon, so I called her Wednesday and she said she couldn't find anyone. Read everyone else's reviews - same. I went on Google found a local company with a 4.8 rating and had insurance within 15 minutes.

Brad Yert is a good agent. He shops around and ensures that my family receives the lowest rates possible. However, the newer receptionist/admin(s) could be better. They are not personable or friendly at all and are borderline rude. I really miss Janyce because she was amazing! Edit from prior review: Customer service is worse than ever! I just called and Nancy was so rude! She told me that my calling make a payment is "frustrating" and "an inconvenience" because my daughter did not check her invoice in the mail so now she has "to do double the work because people don't check their mail." Even if she feels that way, there is a much more appropriate way to speak with a customer. When I told her that her rude behavior is not a good look for the company, she did not care. I am strongly considering taking my business elsewhere.

Id give zero stars if I could. I could never get in touch with anyone, they never returned any phone calls, and if you get lucky and talk to the rude lady, you get put on hold after she finishes your sentence for you. 10/10 would recommend going anywhere else.
