        Super helpful, friendly, and responsive account managers! I always seem to reach out at the last minute that I need something. With no remark for my poor timing, Alicia is always able to get me what I need kindly, quickly and stress free. I only have a few small personal lines and I feel like I always get the same service any larger account would. Thank you!

        Horrible, I called and within 15 seconds "Jim" is screaming at me and saying "you people are the problem". If you want to feel like you are back in the 1800's call James Jester. I will never work with this company again nor will I ever recommend anyone to them. I will be reporting him to the better business bureau. This is unacceptable. He is suppose to be working with clients and customers all day and if this is how he treats them he has no right being in this industry.
