I wouldnt even give this place one star. My mom has been here for 2 1/2 months and we are in the process of getting her transferred out. My mom can never use the phone to call me, I can call there to try and talk to Her just to be put on hold with nobody picking up the, Transferred to the wrong area, Hung up on, And 90% of the time nobody even answers the phone when you called this place. I have made several complaints, and nothing has been taken care of or. Been requesting for my mom to get a haircut since the first week she was there And still has not got her haircut. Just to find out that they no longer have a beautician that comes in. When we went to visit my mom, she said her TV hasnt worked since shes been there, so my husband tried to turn it on from the back of the TV and as soon as he touched it, it fell on him. I was told to solve the problem by one of their management on the phone issue that maybe I should buy my Mom, a cell phone that I could talk to her , Why should I have to pay monthly bill to talk to my mom instead of them fixing the problem on their end and letting my mom call me or answering the phone? When I called and spoke to the Director Larissa to get the number for their corporate office, I spent 15 minutes on the phone while She argued with me, trying not to give me the number wanting to know my name and everything which is completely irrelevant, and no questions Should have been asked they should have gave me the number. I was completely appalled how unprofessional she was an argumentative And not wanting to give me the number. Have made complaints about housekeeping several times As the place is dirty. My mom has been choked by another resident, Another time was punched by one, And residents have crawled in bed with her while She has been sleeping. Because staff does not pay attention they sit at their desk and on their phone.

The building is filthy, management can't spell, who puts a note up saying "THOW away the trash"? They also try their best to DNR Agency Aides & Nurses, also setting Agency Nurses up for failure by trying to delay charting information for med passes. Nurses that work there (one particularly by the name of Hannah) violated HIPPA by going in another residents room to tell a worker what another residents care was while the Aide was caring for the other resident, and she gets Agency DNRed & also runs off the floor for HOURS at a time, housekeepers are Rude, sneaky, & tell on you for ANYTHING, yet NEVER clean anything unless they are pretending to just to snoop. Place is filled with all types of bugs, residents will be left soiled for hours because they are short staffed & DNR agency all the time, overall a Toxic enviorment. It's one GREAT Aide thats still there thankfully holding the place together.

This place doesnt even deserve ONE star,Do not take your loved one here. My mother was sent there a year and half ago , first to rehab, nice rooms on the rehab side, thats what pictures they show on website,Rehab section is no longer in use, My mother had only 4 showers in the whole time she was there, food is horrible, aides are mostly agency, they are rude and uncaring, The place is fithly, In a year there had been 4 executive directors, three maintenance guys at this present time they have none three financial people four human resource people when you try to call there are times the phone will ring several times and then when someone does pick it up most of the time they dont know how to transfer the phone to the proper nurses desk youre asking for, two days before I got my mom moved I went there at noon , first shift comes in at 7:00 a.m.she still had the brief on from the night before, her bed/clothes were soaked. This place needs closed downed, there are only a small handful of good ppl there. I have to give one star or it wont let me post my review. Signed T.M.V.

This facility has some awesome aides and nurses. The management team on the other hand could take a few pointers from care staff on how to talk to people and treat people of color. Ive noticed that people of color are talked down to by anyone in management and are bullied at this facility. I seen two Caucasian nurses call the police on an aide of color that did nothing. Caucasians know that if they call the police on an person of color what the outcome usually will be. Shame on the facility for that. They never celebrated nurses nor aides week. Thats horrible the aides usually work one to a hall. So they usually have 25-36 people a piece plus the nurses have to take two carts at night because the DON doesnt have time to come in and assist her staff and ensure the safety of her residents. The administrator allows her maintenance manager to talk to all staff in a very rude and unprofessional manner. The memory care unit is the forgotten unit. There is also a psych ward recommended patient there that verbally and physically abusive to other residents and staff.
