      image The Falls have "their own power/electricity" - which is only very partially true. What is more readily apparent by residents who have lived here for ages is that there are power outages too frequently - regardless of weather. There are little or no safeguards/system redundancy to protect vs outages. Bad administration. As for other reviewers' glowing fanboy shill reviews: do they even live here & pay electric here? If the electric here was so great then there would be no complaints i.e. opportunities for improvement. Residents would do well to have their own personal backup power indoors and/or generator.
